RT Developer Training Session

About Training

Best Practical is pleased to announce a special RT Developer training session targeted at Incident Response team staff. This session will be offered in Madrid on the 14th of January.

This comprehensive session will cover:

  • RT's system architecture
  • A guided tour of the RT source code
  • Extension mechanisms you can use to customize RT
  • How to tie RT into your existing authentication infrastructure
  • Building your own tools that talk to the RT backend
  • Automating common procedures
  • Customizing RT's workflow to match your own
  • How to write custom reports based on RT's dataq
  • Details of how RT for Incident Response is built and how to extend it to meet your needs

Hotel

Getting to the hotel from the Airport -Madrid Barajas-

  • Taxi: (The most expensive option. Be aware of traffic jam in rush hours) Rate around 30 €.
  • Underground: Get line 8 (pink), direction Nuevos Ministerios, to the end of the line (Nuevos Ministerios). Then take line 10 (blue), direction Puerta del Sur, and get out in Plaza de España station. There is only a short walk to the hotel (see picture below).

  • Underground: Get line 8 (pink) direction Nuevos Ministerios to the end of the line (Nuevos Ministerios). Get out in this station, it is only a short walk to the meeting venue (see picture below).
