Planned Outage Scheduled for Compliance-required Datacenter Switchover Test Saturday, February 25, 2023; 23:59 UTC

In compliance with requirements from the CA/Browser Forum, Sectigo will perform a datacenter switchover test commencing midnight UTC Saturday, February 25. This test is estimated to run approximately twelve hours, during which time some Sectigo services will be unavailable, including the SCM user interface, Sectigo’s partner ordering APIs, and issuance of new leaf certificates. We expect all services to resume normal operation immediately after the test.

Please accept the following Notification

On February 25, 2023, commencing midnight UTC (7 pm Eastern) we will be performing a server switchover test. This is a necessary step to guarantee continuous uptime for your certificate lifecycle services.

While we will try our best to keep disruptions to a minimum this switchover may take up to 12 hours. However, we will try and complete it as quickly as possible.

Please be advised that during this time you cannot manage, issue, reissue, revoke or cancel any of your digital certificates on Sectigo Certificate Manager.

Please complete any certificate activities before the scheduled maintenance or after the maintenance window is completed.
