SIR connects to the eduGAIN pilot
The team in charge of the SIR, service has completed the deployment of the components required to connect to the eduGAIN pilot. eduGAIN, one of the results of the GN2, is the pan-European digital identity infrastructure for the research and academic community. This connection will allow RedIRIS users not only to access resources accross Europe but also to share those offered by them with their European colleagues, doing so in a secure manner that preserves user privacy.
