Email unblocking request

If you are here because you couldn't deliver mail to an RedIRIS institution and you received an error report stating that your IP has been blocked. We want to solve inmediately but we have to know IP that is being blocked wich you send email. You have had to receive a report which will appear a few lines like these:

Your  email from IP 1.2.3.4 has been rejected  for RedIRIS Reputation Service. To solve this trouble go http://www.rediris.es/lavadora/wl/
This IP is listed at Fortiguard Antispam-IP - https://www.fortiguard.com/search?q=1.2.3.4engine=8

The IP number is the one that appears after "ip= " field, send it to us via this form or better then copy / paste of what you received and quickly solve the problem.
